1 kg dry onions cut into slices
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 cup of white wine
1 ½ liters of vegetable or beef stock
3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp whipping cream

In a deep pot with burning oil, place the onions and, as soon as they turn brown, add the wine. Mix well and, when the alcohol evaporates, add the flour and after 3 minutes the broth.
